Jordana Young is a Senior UX Researcher at Microsoft working on Copilot Studio, with over 20 years of experience translating market and user insight into product strategy, innovation roadmaps, and go-to-market decisions. Her work sits at the intersection of user research, AI systems, foresight, and growth, with a focus on sense-making at moments of uncertainty; when technologies are new, systems are complex, or the path forward is unclear. Prior to joining Microsoft, Jordana worked at Meta, where she helped build internet connectivity solutions in emerging markets and was a founding member of the team that launched and scaled Instagram Shops. Earlier in her career, she led category innovation research at PepsiCo and developed new research methodologies at global research agencies.
