Katrina Noelle founded KNow Research - a certified, woman-owned, female-forward insights consultancy and California Certified Green Business—in 2003, and co-founded Scoot Insights, a trademarked decision-making methodology in 2015. With both businesses now operating under one umbrella, and as Strategic Growth Director at Hootology, she continues her passion of delivering high quality insights to brands. Owner of 3 corporate trademarks and co-host of TRIP: The Research Inclusion Project podcast, Katrina is an industry thought leader and champion of women in research. She is an active speaker, facilitator, and mentor with the Insights Association, WIRe, BAARC, Girls Inc., The Renaissance Center, WBENC, ESOMAR, and MRC. She serves as a board member of the SFAMA and MSMRA at Michigan State and works closely with the graduate program at USF. She has been recognized as an Insights Association Laureate, an Insights250 member, a 100 Women to KNOW in America Award recipient, and an Enterprising Women of the Year Award winner.
