Ryslaine Moulay is Innovation Director at MAIZE, where she leads transformative projects that build inclusive, future-forward innovation ecosystems. Her approach to innovation bridges human and more-than-human perspectives, recognising the deep interconnectedness of social, ecological, and technological systems. She combines strategic foresight, design methodologies, and analytical thinking to create integrated experiences across products, services, and cultures. She writes and curates Curiosity Infrastructure, a field-notes newsletter examining how cultural signals, emerging technologies, and ecological thinking can expand our ways of seeing and designing futures. She is also a public speaker and editorial contributor to the bi-annual printed publication of Maize Magazine With 15 years years of experience in innovation consultancy and the start-up world, Ryslaine has helped Fortune 500 companies rethink their value and purpose. As Lead Designer at Plume Labs, she received the CES 2017 Tech for a Better World Innovation Award for work in environmental health technology, later exhibited at La Villette Science and Industry Museum and La Gaîté Lyrique, Paris’s centre for post-Internet culture.
