Insight Storytelling & Data Narratives

As Lewis Carroll said, “Everything's got a moral, if only you can find it.”

GRIT participants frequently lament how their good work fails to have business impact because stakeholders never encounter it or, if they encounter it, they don’t understand it. The deck gets forwarded. The dashboard goes unvisited. The nuance gets stripped out in the executive summary. Even with a clear narrative, the moral of the story doesn’t connect with stakeholders’ reality in a way that inspires them to act decisively.

Insight storytelling and data narrative platforms help close these gaps, helping teams structure findings into stakeholder-ready narratives, automate repeatable reporting, connect claims to evidence, and measure whether insights are actually being used. Some generate plain-language summaries directly from data. Others provide templated story formats, curated insight hubs, or interactive readouts to replace the static deck. A few track who viewed what—and when.

There is no single “insight storytelling platform;” research repository workbenches, narrative analytics layers, automated report production engines, CX reporting command centers, and more each have their role to play in transforming analysis into action. Each solves a different version of the same problem. Picking the wrong type of solution is a common and costly mistake.

Join us Wednesday, June 3rd to witness demonstrations of technology that helps ensure your hard work is noticed, understood, and acted upon!

Not every tool will fit every team’s workflow, budget, or maturity level—and the showcase and demos will surface those distinctions, not paper over them.

Who should attend?

  • Insights & research leaders responsible for connecting with stakeholders to drive decisions
  • Research operations & delivery teams looking to reduce manual effort
  • UX & product researchers who need to make qualitative evidence accessible, searchable, & reusable
  • CX & VoC program managers evaluating tools to standardize & scale stakeholder-facing reporting
  • Analytics & data professionals needing outputs to be more actionable for non-technical audiences
  • Research & insights buyers at any stage of the technology evaluation journey

Agenda

Detailed program for this showcase will be revealed on April 29.
