I offer a simple package of 5 in-depth interviews per month, and return with authentic, actionable insights. Wherever possible, I prefer to interview in person and experience the living conditions of the customer. Interviews usually last about 30 minutes.
We discuss your KPIs, select your key customers for interview and a month later I provide a report and come to meet you to talk through the results.
