Graham Tomlinson

Head of Product - Sports Discovery

Flutter UK&I

Graham has been building products for over a decade, starting out pitching mobile apps back when the first iPhone was still a novelty. After an early start-up stint out of college, he moved into finance before the product itch pulled him back into the agency world, and eventually to a London-based fintech where he served as Head of Product - taking the company from pre-launch through to go-live. Now three years into Flutter, Graham has championed building high-performing, high-impact product teams and embedding product-led ways of working across the organisation. His current role leading Sports Discovery has given him the opportunity to embed much of this thinking, including the cross-functional collaboration with UXR that's driven Flutter's adoption of AI-powered research tools. Originally from New York and now based in Dublin, Graham is kept busy outside of work by his two daughters.
