Experienced in both market and UX research, her career includes a faculty position at the University of Pennsylvania, and working at boutique consulting firms, Meta, Ticketmaster, and most recently BILL. Her unique background combines an MBA and a PhD in Experimental Psychology and creates a deep understanding of human behavior and how it can be shaped, as well as a strategic mindset that allows for developing insights that are valuable and actionable in both the short and longer term.
