Kat Figatner is a Partner and Senior Vice President at C+R Research, where she brings over 20 years of expertise in qualitative market research. Known for her strategic thinking, she blends human-centered approaches with emerging technologies to foster authentic dialogue and uncover consumer needs. She also excels at facilitating workshops and ideation sessions that turn research insights into actionable strategies and innovations. Her career includes roles at MarketVision Research, Conifer Research, and Research International, where she led complex, multi-country studies across diverse industries. Kat holds a master’s degree in social sciences from the University of Chicago and a BA in psychology from Haverford College. Her early work experience teaching English in Japan continues to shape her empathetic research style.
