Maritza Matheus, is a senior market research and insights leader with 15 years+ of experience delivering mixed-methods research across healthcare, B2C, B2B, nonprofit, and government sectors. She most recently served as Senior Manager of Member and Market Insights at the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), where she led an enterprise-wide internal research consultancy that partnered with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making. Maritza specializes in uncovering the “why” behind human behavior, integrating qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable, decision-ready insights across diverse audiences, including patients, consumers, healthcare professionals, and institutional stakeholders. Her work has informed national healthcare initiatives, public-sector programs, and organizational strategy, with a focus on improving access, experience, and outcomes. A recognized leader in the insights community, she is a former president of the Insights Association Mid-Atlantic Chapter and the Qualitative Research Consultants Association Washington, DC Chapter, and remains an active contributor to advancing the field.
