Morgan Williams is a qualitative research leader at CMB, specializing in financial services with deep expertise in credit cards and consumer banking. RIVA-trained and dual-skilled in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, Morgan brings a disciplined, business-first approach to translating consumer insight into strategic action. She is known for leading high-impact conversations that uncover authentic behaviors and drive decision-making at the highest levels. In addition to client leadership, Morgan serves as Operations Director for the qualitative team, advancing process innovation and the integration of tools and AI to improve speed, efficiency, and outcomes. Morgan has partnered with leading Fortune 100 brands and was recently named to GreenBook’s Future List, recognizing emerging leaders shaping the future of the insights industry. She is a graduate of Suffolk University, with a B.S. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and an MBA in Marketing.
