Can’t Make It To The Technology Driven Market Research Event? We Have You Covered!

Lenny Murphy is attending THE breakout event of the year so far, the Technology Driven Market Research Conference.

It has been a crazy busy time for me since the publication of the GreenBook Research Industry Tends Study last week, primarily due to my involvement in two fantastic events coming up. I’ve discovered that Chairing conferences should be an occupation in itself; it is a fascinating, demanding, and intensely hands on experience. Hat’s off to professional event organizers: you have my eternal respect now!

The first event is the Technology Driven Market Research conference next week in Chicago. This has turned into THE breakout event so far this year. With research transformation being such a hugely debated topic right now, it simply could not be more timely. Many of the firms that are likely to play major roles in setting the course for the market research industry over the next five to ten years are going to be there and judging from the attendee list the industry is paying attention! Here are just some of the companies participating:

For a complete look at the program, click here. There is still time to register on site; you don’t want to miss this one folks!

I will be presenting on the results of GRIT and moderating a panel discussion on the implications of the findings to kick things off at the TDMR; it should be a lot of fun!

GreenBook is a Media Partner with the conference and for all those who can’t make it we’ll be providing “gavel to gavel” coverage with the help of a few friends:

  • The hashtags on Twitter for the event are #TDMR and #TMRE. @Researchshare will also be reposting all published content via their tweet stream, so be sure to follow them for comprehensive coverage.

The conference will also be publishing a user-generated key takeaway report after the event. This will be a wonderful summation of all of the social media content and attendee thoughts on the sessions; we’ll publish that as well when it is released.

For those attending the conference, on Sunday night there is going to be a “Tweet Up” at Jake Melnick’s Corner Tap, located at 41 East Superior St. (Corner of Superior & Wabash). We’ll be there at   8:30 for the start time. Come join fellow attendees for conversation and networking at this casual and impromptu gathering!

The Technology Driven Market Research event is going to be fantastic; I hope to see many of our readers there, but if you can’t make it we’ve got you covered!

Look for a second post from me on the next event; it’s a doozy too!
