Burke, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Jane Thurston, PhD to Senior Vice President, Client Services. Since joining Burke in 2010, Dr. Thurston has established herself as a sought-after research consultant due to her strong leadership on complex research engagements and her ability to develop trusted client partnerships.

Over the years, Dr. Thurston has developed a reputation for excellence in segmentation research by helping her clients create meaningful change in their organizations through objectives-driven research and action-oriented workshops. In addition, she leads Burke Institute seminars on the topic, and most recently, contributed to Burke and Seed Strategy’s breakthrough COVID-19 segmentation R&D.

A strong and trusted strategic partner, Dr. Thurston provides teams with insightful consulting based in a rich combination of rigorous academic training and decades of experience. Dr. Thurston’s versatility and capability to leverage many different types of research from quick-turn insights to more foundational and strategic research, allows her to provide actionable insights to her wide range of clients.

Dr. Thurston holds a PhD in Marketing and Quantitative Methods from University of North Carolina, an MBA from Vanderbilt University, and an AB in Management Science from Duke University.
