Step-by-step instructions:

Add a Greenbook badge to your website

You have the option to enhance your website, landing pages, and email signatures by incorporating Greenbook badges. This allows you to underscore your credibility, showcase your accomplishments, and exhibit your earned status. Integrating these badges into your website or social media profiles can further support your SEO efforts and boost your click- through rate.

To add a Greenbook badge to your website:

  1. Click on your custom badge link provided by Greenbook.
  2. Choose the badge you would like to add to your website.
  3. Select Get Code, then paste the embed code into your desired location. This could be the source code of your organization’s website, a landing page, or any other location that supports HTML embeds.

Add a Greenbook badge to email signatures

If your email client or signature software allows HTML code in email signatures, you can use the same procedure for incorporating a Greenbook badge into your website. Simply paste the copied embed code into the appropriate section of your email client or software.

If rendering HTML code in email signatures is not an available option, you can achieve the same outcome by following these steps:

  1. Access the custom badge link provided by Greenbook.
  2. Pick the badge you wish to integrate into your website.
  3. Click the Download button to save a PNG image file of the badge to your local device.
  4. In your email client, upload the saved image from step 3 to your custom signature.
  5. Save the signature.
  6. Send a test email and verify that the badge appears in your signature.
