Erica Ruyle joins Morpace Qualitative practice as Vice President

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI (November 3, 2014) - Erica Ruyle joins Morpace Inc. as Vice President on the company’s qualitative team. She is responsible for all things qualitative with an emphasis on in-home research, IDIs, co-creation and ideation.

Erica brings nearly a decade of online and offline (in-person) qualitative ethnographic research experience to Morpace. With this expertise, she strives to achieve more innovative approaches by using multiple methods to discover and develop ideas for new business opportunities and/or solutions for existing issues.  

Erica never shies away from a challenge and uses creative, innovative solutions to tackle any research objective.  Her goal is to ultimately help her clients see the world through their consumers’ eyes which allows for more effective product and service communication.

Her category experience extends to consumer packaged goods, HBA, technology, healthcare (pharmaceutical, therapeutic and OTC) as well as the restaurant industry. From helping clients in the very exploratory phases of the product life cycle to end product recommendations, Erica’s experience in understanding emotions, product usage, packaging, consumer purchase decisions and product design is an invaluable asset. 

Erica received her M.A. in Anthropology from Wayne State University and has completed the RIVA Moderator Training program. She has participated in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme and has worked on market research projects regularly for clients globally, with specific experience in the Asia-Pacific region. Erica received a Gaming Design Certificate from the Engagement Alliance.
