Focus Pointe Global Acquires watchLAB San Francisco

Focus Pointe Global (FPG), a leading national provider of marketing research data collection, today announced the acquisition of the San Francisco operations of watchLAB, a qualitative research company in business in San Francisco since 1997. WatchLAB will retain its Chicago business operations.

The addition of watchLAB’s respondent panel to FPG’s QualPanel provides a deeper source of qualified participants for Bay area research studies.

Both watchLAB and FPG clients can expect a seamless transition, with key project management, recruiting, and facility staff from both companies coming together to provide a continued level of service excellence.

Laura Livers, Focus Pointe Global Chief Executive Officer, comments, “FPG is committed to leveraging technology and innovation to deliver faster insights without compromising quality. With a goal of being the “go-to” provider of marketing research data collection, we are looking forward to meeting new client partners as a result of this acquisition.”

The acquisition of watchLAB San Francisco follows the October, 2017 acquisition of California-based research company, Trotta Associates, reinforcing FPG’s strategy to expand its national footprint and be the leading source for qualitative and quantitative data insights in the US.

Focus Pointe Global offers clients a total of 19 research facilities in major markets across the US: Appleton (WI), Atlanta (2 locations), Boston, Chicago (2 locations), Columbus, Dallas, Irvine (CA), Kansas City, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia (2 locations), Phoenix, St. Louis, San Francisco, and Teaneck (NJ).
