Further New Appointments
Further appoints Heather Williams as Business Development Director and confirms the promotion of Rhiannon James to Managing Director.
Further, the online market research and technology company, today confirmed the appointment of Heather Williams, ex-Firefish and Vision Critical, as Business Development Director. The appointment follows the launch of Tandem, a new research platform that can be used for effective mobile ethnographic studies. Rhiannon James, previously Strategy and Innovation Director, has been promoted to the role of Managing Director.
Stephen Cribbett, CEO and founder, summarised “We’re at a very exciting stage of our development here at Further. Heather’s appointment as Business Development Director, and Rhiannon’s promotion, is strategic and coincides with increased demand for our technologies and services from our existing client base, but also from other markets where we’re relatively new. We have a new mobile research platform that’s gaining traction in areas such as pre-tasking, customer journey mapping and mobile ethnography. We’re really pleased to have lots of good things happening and even better ways to help our clients.”
