Bowler brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing and market research with expertise in the insurance industry. He will be responsible for managing and growing new and existing client relationships and broadening the company’s capabilities in the property and casualty insurance sector, including focused growth in the automotive insurance space.

Bowler joins Market Strategies from J.D. Power and Associates, where his tenure spanned nearly two decades, most recently serving as the Global Insurance Practice lead. While there, he was responsible for the development of syndicated and proprietary customer satisfaction research and advisory services for personal and commercial markets.
Bowler earned a bachelor’s degree in physics and economics from the University of Michigan and he is frequently called upon by leading industry groups to speak to key audiences on increasing customer engagement and improving the customer experience, as well as emerging trends in the property and casualty insurance sector.
