The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), comes into effect on May 25, 2018.  It’s essential for research and insights providers to understand what's coming, how to prepare and how to ready your organization to respond to and meet client questions and requirements.

The GDPR significantly reshapes the data protection landscape for organizations that collect and process the data of European citizens. The regulation grants extended rights to data subjects, allows data subjects to bring legal action against organizations and imposes significant fines.  Fines can be up to 4% of annual global turnover (revenue) or €20 million.
