WorldOne Hires Gerard Smith as CFO

New York, NY (January 23, 2012) - WorldOne, the global leader in online healthcare data collection, announces today that Gerard Smith has joined as the global CFO. Smith will be based in WorldOne’s London office.

Smith brings years of significant experience as an International Finance Leader delivering superior growth, liquidity and profitability within dynamic high growth companies. Most recently Smith was EMEA CFO of Acxiom, a global Marketing Services Company with revenues exceeding $1.1 billion, and prior to that he was CFO of Easynet, a former BSkyB Company, with revenues of $400 million. Smith also has held several finance leadership roles in Dell Europe during a period from which the Dell European business grew from $1bn to $13bn.

Smith graduated with a Business degree from City University in London and is a Chartered Marketeer and Chartered Management Accountant. As CFO, Smith will oversee corporate finance and accounting globally. Smith’s demonstrated superior track record as a CFO and his hands on business experience makes him the perfect candidate to step into this key role on the WorldOne Executive leadership team.
