A global financial services organization wanted to understand international banking and cross-border money transfer behaviors across 9 countries. Beyond recruiting a niche audience of active banking users, the project required strict compliance with international data privacy regulations and careful coordination across multiple markets to ensure representative samples, consistent data quality, and efficient project delivery.
TGM Research conducted a multi-country Usage & Attitude study across Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Australia, the UK, the USA, the UAE, Canada, and China, delivering 1,350 completed interviews (150 per market). Leveraging its global panel and international project management expertise, TGM recruited qualified respondents, maintained rigorous data security standards, and coordinated fieldwork across all markets to ensure high-quality, comparable results.
The culmination of our efforts resulted in the successful delivery of a hard-to-reach profile across nine countries. Adhering to deadlines and fostering efficient collaboration with both the scripting/hosting provider and the client, we navigated the intricacies of this multi-country study.
