Interrogare Cuts Reporting Costs by up to 75% and Doubles Delivery Capacity

Interrogare needed to produce ~1,300 slides across 36 product categories for its Product of the Year 2026 study (4 reports per category, 20–40 slides per report). Prior attempts at automation (in-house VBA and custom software) were expensive to maintain, hard to adapt, and dependent on specialist knowledge, leaving many manual tasks. Manually producing the deliverables would have required more than 400 hours. The stakes were high: meet tight delivery schedules, keep costs and pricing competitive, maintain report quality, and create a scalable workflow that could be reused wave after wave.

E-Tabs provided its reporting automation platform (E-Tabs Enterprise) combined with its Bureau Service. Interrogare trained internal staff to use the DIY Enterprise tool to build and manage automation, while E-Tabs’ Bureau team handled implementation and setup when capacity was constrained. E-Tabs automated hundreds of charts and slides — including reaction-time measurement results, winner comparisons, and product-level analyses — and supplied ongoing training, PowerPoint expertise, responsive support and 24/7 service so Interrogare retained control while gaining scalable automation.

Interrogare reduced reporting costs by up to 75% compared with a fully manual process, enabling more competitive pricing while protecting profitability. Automation roughly doubled the team’s weekly delivery volume, allowing faster client delivery. Quality-control effort fell substantially — with initial validation and targeted spot checks replacing exhaustive reviews, nearly halving checking time. The solution created a reusable, repeatable workflow so follow-up waves are completed far faster by updating data, regenerating reports and performing a final review.
