Technical Research informs Product Development

Over the last couple of years, we have recruited for a steady stream of B2B Technical projects.  These projects have typically fielded over 2 - 3 weeks and required input from 6 - 25 respondents in ITDM, BDM, and technical supervisory and implementation roles in a variety of industry segments.  Research formats included small groups, IDIs (both in-person and virtual), and UX sessions to obtain feedback on new interfaces, features, and support functionalities, to name a few.
