Amy Emerson builds insight engines that help teams make the right decision faster. At Walmart Data Ventures, she leads a consumer insights function serving 350+ clients and delivering thousands of research projects annually. She launched Scintilla’s Research Services model and is passionate on leading solutions that translate behavioral signals into category, media, and merchandising outcomes. Previously, she spent over 10 years at Kantar in progressive leadership roles across client service and operations. Amy’s passion is turning noise into narrative—pairing analytic rigor with clear storytelling and repeatable playbooks—and growing the next generation of insights leaders. She holds two market research certifications from the University of Georgia and has presented at IIEX North America, the Insights Association, and various executive client forums.
