Dave Cobban is the US Partner for Spikes, our tool, Excitement Points is the world’s largest emotional intelligence system for brands: 750,000+ real-world customer experiences, each captured and decoded to show what made someone feel something, and why it mattered commercially. Prior to launching Spikes in the US, Dave spent 13 years at Nike across marketing, innovation and new business development. He was Nike’s 1st Intrapreneur launching Nike Adventure Club – the subscription for kids’ shoes. Prior to Nike, Dave worked in multiple agencies across the globe as a brand strategist. He is widely regarded as a thought leader in relationship-based business, where lifetime value is the key KPI.
