Haley Kiernan is an Insights Manager at Mars Inc., where she leads the development and application of consumer insights to inform brand strategy and product innovation decisions. Drawing on expertise in both behavioral science and market research, she goes beyond measuring consumer preferences to uncover the psychological drivers that shape real-world decision making. Throughout her career, Haley has held both internal and client-facing roles in behavioral strategy and market research, enabling organizations to better understand, engage, and serve their consumers through insight-driven decision-making. She holds a Master of Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Psychology from Tulane University.
