Dr. Ibrahim Köse is an insights and analytics leader with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as Senior Manager for Business Intelligence at DFB in Frankfurt, Germany. He holds a doctorate from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where he conducted award-winning research on digital service quality and customer experience. Köse has led high-impact market research roles at Nielsen Sports and REPUCOM, advising global brands on marketing effectiveness and consumer insights.
