Joe is the Founder and CEO of Kinder’s. He is the Managing Partner of Ignite Farm, a venture firm that has made successful investments across biometric technology and organic ag tech businesses. Additionally, Joe is a partner at Magnolia-Star Baking Supply and Bare Bones Broth Co. Joe serves as the President and Co-Chairman of the Summit Bank Foundation, where he has raised funds and sent 10 under privileged students to college from Oakland, California annually for the last 14 years. He is married with three daughters and one son, and lives in Walnut Creek, CA.
