Director of Innovation
Logan Soraci builds brands at the intersection of product truth, consumer insight, and disciplined execution. His foundation was shaped working on a family farm in rural Nebraska, where he developed a deep respect for food systems and the responsibility that comes with feeding people—an ethos that continues to inform his practical, results-oriented approach. He began his CPG career helping grow BIGS Seeds® and Duke’s Meats®, and following their acquisition by Conagra Brands, led brand and innovation initiatives across legacy portfolios at Conagra, driving structured commercialization and long-term innovation that contributed meaningful incremental growth across legacy portfolios. In 2021, Logan joined egglife® foods as its first production line came online, leading product and platform innovation within a highly technical, IP-protected manufacturing environment and helping scale the business to nearly $50M in annual retail revenue. Across lean, high-growth organizations, his work has focused on turning consumer and market insights into clear strategic choices, actionable roadmaps, and innovation platforms built for sustainable scale; aligning cross-functional teams to move from insight to measurable impact.
