Michele began her career at a boutique research firm in NYC, mastering the intricacies of market research methodologies. Over time at Behaviorally, she rose to lead the NJ headquarters, driven by her passion for innovation, client success, and mentoring new talent. Outside of work, Michele enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She is also obsessed with her dog and can often be found enthusiastically cheering on her 9-year-old at soccer and lacrosse games—much to his occasional embarrassment.
