Sharon brings a unique perspective as a storyteller: before pivoting to research, she spent years in television at FX Networks on acclaimed shows including The Bear and Shogun, giving her a storyteller's instinct for understanding what users want before they can articulate it themselves. Sharon graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a bachelor's degree in sociology.
