With more than 33 years of experience in general management, marketing, sales, innovation, and business strategy, Eva has built her career at global leading consumer goods companies, including The Coca-Cola Company, Diageo, and Cadbury Schweppes. She currently leads the commercial operations of DEIMAN across the Americas. Eva believes that a growth mindset, collaborative teamwork, and data-driven decision-making are essential drivers of success. She prioritizes building long-lasting, trust-based relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry associations. Internally, she fosters strong cross-functional partnerships across Finance, SOIP, Procurement, IT, Logistics, and Human Resources.
