Queen’s Award winner, Language Insight become ISO 17100:2015 accredited
Language Insight, a leading language service provider based in Preston, have been awarded the internationally recognised ISO 17100:2015 accreditation. This achievement comes just weeks after Language Insight announced they are a 2019 winner of the Queen’s Award For Enterprise For International Trade.
The ISO 17100 accreditation is an internationally recognised standard for companies within the translation industry, which covers the essential processes for providing translation services. The accreditation aims to outline the service a client will receive within a recognised set of procedures that are carried out to best practice.
Language Insight already have two existing ISO accreditations in Security Management and Quality Management. Language Insight’s Managing Director, Donna Twose states “Together with our ISO 9001:2015 for ‘Quality Management’ and ISO 27001 for ‘Information Security Management’, this latest addition entrenches Languages Insight in the provision of internationally accredited high quality translation services.”
ISO certifications establish requirements for organisations to both demonstrate and perform to a recognised framework, with management systems that are independently audited every year. Language Insight continuously demonstrates its commitment to all of their ISO accreditations in the pursuit of excellent service delivery for all of their clients.
