Consumers were asked to evaluate and rate mobile offerings that would make their lives more responsive and integrated.

RESULT

The outcomes uncovered a range of opportunity areas that emerged into three primary categories: those with more immediate implementation - eg."low hanging fruit", those of an intermediate nature, and then long-term, "blue sky" interests which had appeal but required greater sophistication to execute.
