What is Nielsen Opinion Quest?
Nielsen Opinion Quest is the centralized data collection division of Nielsen. Our team of US and Canadian project managers specialize in solutions ranging from online surveying to full service data collection from our 200 seat CATI operation, with 30 stations that are fully TCPA compliant (US manual cell dialing).
For online research, we have an international consumer and business panel, including the prestigious Harris Panel, and offer sample-only, programming, emailing and survey hosting. We provide access to specialty audiences such as Financial Advisors, Physicians & Patients and offer dynamic profiling on our panel to reach unique and specialized target audiences.
Our multilingual CATI platform and interviewers provide seamless integration of multi-mode phone & online data collection from the same sample base. Our clients view their data online in real-time via a secure Internet portal. Additional services include translation, coding, data entry, cross-tabs, data charting, mail-outs & more.
Our Canadian qualitative division offers high quality recruiting and we have our own focus group facilities in Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa, including FocusVision® webstreaming.
