Spencer Research is a full-service market research firm with expertise in the global food and beverage industry. Our facility contains a commercial grade kitchen, 30 testing stations and flexible equipment to meet your testing needs with kitchens also available in all network locations. All services are delivered using quantitative, qualitative, or hybrid methodologies, either in-person or online, as dictated by the study objectives.


Experts in statistics, boasting over 30 years of experience, provide services ranging from comparative analysis and predictive modeling to designed, experiments, segmentation, and preference mapping.
