Jelena Le Breton is the Global Vice President of Consumer Insights for the Fragrance Division at Takasago International Corporation. A seasoned insights and brand strategy leader, she brings more than two decades of experience transforming consumer understanding into innovation, communications, and growth across global markets. Before joining Takasago in 2019, Jelena led consumer and shopper insights at Barnes & Noble and spent over ten years at Colgate Palmolive in a variety of U.S. and global leadership roles. Earlier in her career, she guided marketing research at L’Oréal’s Maybelline brand and held insights roles at Avon and Campbell Soup Company. Known for her ability to blend creativity with analytical rigor, Jelena’s work centers on helping brands connect more deeply with consumers and unlock meaningful value.
