Honest Recruiting is a San Diego–based market research recruiting firm built for teams who care more about WHO shows up than how fast names can be pulled from a list. Since 2017, we’ve specialized in recruiting high-quality consumer participants across the U.S.—from major metro areas to smaller, harder-to-reach sub-markets that most firms avoid. We’re intentionally quality over speed. If you need 150 participants recruited in a week, we’re probably not the right fit. But if you need 20–30 thoughtful, reliable, actually-engaged people who show up on time, participate fully, and don’t derail your project—we’re very good at that. Longitudinal diary studies, multi-phase research, complex qual, and “this needs to go perfectly” projects are where we shine. What truly sets us apart is how hands-on we are. We don’t recruit from lists alone. Every participant is personally called, re-screened, and vetted before being confirmed. We ask better questions, catch red flags early, and make sure the people you meet are who they say they are—and ready to participate.
