Source Pivot

Source Pivot is a recruitment and expert network partner supporting market research agencies and consultancies with hard-to-reach B2B, professional, and consumer audiences. We work as an extension of your fieldwork team, handling sourcing, screening, scheduling, and incentive management so your team can focus on moderation and analysis.

Our core strength is niche and senior recruitment: executives, regulators, healthcare professionals, institutional investors, government stakeholders, and other low-incidence audiences that standard panels and databases struggle to reach. We support qualitative methodologies (IDIs, triads, focus groups) and quantitative fieldwork across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

We work directly with full-service agencies and consultancies as a recruitment subcontractor, not as a competing end-client research provider. Your client relationship stays yours; we operate behind the scenes to deliver the sample.

What we handle:

1. Respondent sourcing, screening, and verification for B2B and consumer audiences
2. Healthcare professional (HCP) and expert recruitment
3. Multi-country and multi-language fieldwork coordination
4. Incentive management and disbursement
5. Scheduling and attendance management for IDIs, triads, and focus groups

We're built for time-sensitive RFQs and low-incidence, hard-to-reach profiles where standard recruitment approaches fall short. Our team gives honest feasibility assessments upfront, including realistic timelines and any risks tied to quota or audience definitions, rather than overpromising to win the brief.

We operate to recognised market research standards, with a strong focus on data protection, respondent consent, and confidentiality throughout every project.
