Understanding Visitors to Orlando Makes Visiting Orlando Even More Appealing

Experience Kissimmee is a Destination Marketing Organization responsible for marketing Osceola County, Florida as a tourism destination. There are many tourist attractions in the area including Disney, SeaWorld and Universal Studios and the area is very hospitality-oriented and as part of its efforts would like to attract more visitors. Experience Kissimmee conducts various sales and marketing programs throughout the year targeting leisure, groups, sports and meetings and convention delegates. As part of their research initiatives, Experience Kissimmee contracted Mindspot Research to conduct a Domestic Market Visitor Intelligence Study to collect and analyze demographical and behavioral research information about domestic visitors to the Kissimmee area.
Mindspot Research conducted a detailed quantitative visitor study among N=3,000 targeted respondents that traveled to the Greater Orlando/Kissimmee area within a 24 month period.
The visitor intelligence study Mindspot conducted yielded the statistical market data needed to build traveler personas, develop strategic marketing plans and ultimately helped attract unique visitors to Osceola County.
