Billee Howard is the Co-Founder and CEO of Brandthro the only AI research company that scores customer emotion via human input to create the first ever emotional segmentation datasets. She was a key architect in the building of Brandthro, the first technology company to be able to measure emotion predictively and quantifiably. Billee’s vision is to create better ways for marketers to understand their customers with an eye on leveraging precise emotional understanding to generate better customer experiences. Billee is a passionate insights innovator, customer advocate, marketing strategist and C-suite advisor who counsels the world’s top brands and their leadership, on how to build data-backed strategies that drive emotional engagement across all stakeholder groups in ways that lead to improved loyalty, trust and spend. Billee also previously served as an IBM Futurist and advisor for the company in regard to advancing the future impact of AI on marketing, creativity, emotion and storytelling, in particular.
