Chris Hauck

Chris Hauck is president of Score Metrics, a company dedicated to evolving NPS programs for a new generation. He is also the president of HauckEye LLC, a full-service marketing research consultancy developing creative solutions for clients. Chris applies his 37 years of marketing research experience to research designs that are simple and effective for his clients.  He is the inventor of several research techniques, including Sort & Score, a unique and rather simple way to develop relative value between rank-ordered attributes.
