She has been delivering consumer and shopper insights to a wide range of CPG and retailer clients for more than 20 years. As Chief Research Officer at AMC Global, Erin applies her extensive expertise in many qualitative and quantitative approaches—including AMC’s ResponseCash® PFU™ system, a patented methodology that captures insights at the moment of launch. She has a M.S. in Experimental Psychology from Villanova University and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
