What is Drop?

Drop is a coalition customer loyalty program, in which users earn points using a linked debit or credit card. In contrast to traditional rewards programs which are built around a retail point-of-sale system, Drop uses banking APIs to read one’s credit card transaction data directly and gives points for making purchases with partners within their program.

Millennials and GenZ love to use the app as it is frictionless and doesn't require you to scan receipts. Over 5MM active users are on the Drop platform with a demo that is heavily skewed towards Millennials/GenZ. What makes this data asset unique, (Over $4B in transaction data), is that once someone signs up, Drop can do a historical lookup of transactions up to 5 years and based on spend, drop surveys to persons with incentives to complete. Marrying real-time transaction data with real-time survey data helps brands get a deep understanding of their customers and competitors.
