ABOUT AMBER TEDESCO
Amber Tedesco, CEO of RIVA Market Research and Training Institute has more than 20 years of qualitative research experience. She has been with RIVA since 1998 and has done almost everything there is to do with the organization.
Amber is the person charged with oversight of both of RIVA’s corporate divisions on a day-to-day basis. As well as managing the company, she Moderates, serves as Manager for projects in house, and works closely with RIVA clients. On the Training side, she is a trainer for many of the course’s RIVA offers, manages custom clients, setting the training calendar and scheduling trainers, as well as supervising the enrollment process.
She holds a BS in Family Science from University of Maryland (UMD). In addition, she is a graduate of the RIVA Training Institute with certificates for completion of “Fundamentals of Moderating,” “The Art and Science of Qualitative Analysis and Report Writing,” “Qualitative Toolbox,” “Fundamentals of IDI Moderating,” and “Facilitation.”
She is a CASA (Court Appointed Service Advocate) for neglected and abused children in Montgomery County, MD through Voices Montgomery. She is the Co-chair of the QRCA DC Chapter and volunteers for many organizations that her children are involved with.
