I am a Consumer Insights professional, currently working as the commercial lead of the qualitative team at FACE UK. I am on an ongoing quest to find hidden insights in the voice of consumers, understand how to win their hearts and minds and help marketers bring magic with logic. I also enjoy being up to date with the trends that will shape market research in the next decade such as gamification, mobile research, behavioral economics, or co-creation through online communities. I am therefore really excited to be part of the New Market Research revolution.
