Scott Lee

Scott Lee is Senior Business Director for Hong Kong at Human8, leading a team of approximately 35 consultants. He manages a diverse portfolio of premier finance and insurance clients including HSBC, AIA, and Prudential. In his role as Global Head of Experience, Scott drives innovation through offerings centered on Signature Delights and Personalized Customer Journeys. Prior to this, Scott served as Head of Growth for APAC, where he catalyzed the region's return to growth in 2025 by launching AI-enabled workflows and consulting solutions. With deep experience across leading finance brands in APAC, he has also held the role of Global Client Partner for Finance and Fintech at Human8. With nearly 30 years in marketing insights consultancy, Scott combines advanced quantitative and qualitative expertise with a psychology degree from Cambridge University. His passion for understanding human needs and behaviors has been shaped by roles at Ipsos, Pegram Walters, and Synovate. An industry innovator and entrepreneur, Scott introduced community-based research to Asia in 2012 by founding ABN Impact in Hong Kong, dedicated to building insight communities. This venture evolved into Human8 following its acquisition by InSites Consulting in 2019.
