Vauxhall/Opel tested ad-campaigns
Operating in a highly competitive market, Vauxhall wanted to understand brand perception, brand image and consideration ahead of a TV advertising campaign launching their new SUV, the all-new Mokka.
The intention of the messaging of the ad – ‘Unbox Yourself’ – was to change brand perception and communicate that drivers of the new Mokka are confident individuals who do not follow the crowd. The ad was a new creative route for Vauxhall, designed to be provocative, with the intention of reaching and delivering new customers, while maintaining current customer loyalty, sponsorships and partnerships.
Allison + Partners used audience insights to inform TikTok’s campaign launch
TikTok, through Allison + Partners (a global marketing and communications agency), wanted to identify how consumers define creativity. In particular, what role TikTok and content creators play in growing the creative landscape in Southeast Asia.
The end goal was to strengthen people’s appreciation of TikTok as a home for creative expression via TikTok’s first ever All-Star Southeast Asia (SEA) campaign. The campaign encourages new creators to submit their video entries to TikTok and be judged by a panel of celebrities, before advancing for a public vote.
Lufthansa gained brand perception with YouGov BrandIndex
Globally operating aviation group Lufthansa to complement brand-relevant insights from internal customer satisfaction surveys to get a more comprehensive picture of their brand perception. For this, the client needed to collect highly up-to- date, valid, and reliable data on their external brand perception. At the same time, Lufthansa needed robust insights into the brand perception of competitors through a uniform survey methodology.
