Ahad Awan, 34, is the young Founder & CEO of Green Minds, and co-speaker alongside his wife, Maira, father of three, Ahad set out to build a platform where access to knowledge is never a hindrance and where the exceptional, often untapped talent of Asia can shine on a global stage. In just a few years, he has led Green Minds’ evolution into a fast, tech-enabled, human-centered insights engine, combining advanced research methodologies with a strong focus on organizational development and storytelling. Ahad’s work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and innovation, and he is particularly passionate about building remote-first, high-performance teams that can serve clients “every sunrise” across geographies. At IIEX Europe, he will share how, in only four years, Green Minds has begun competing with decades-old expert network players, how he and Maira have broken glass ceilings by pushing more women into project leadership, and how their flexible, inclusive ecosystem has scaled from a tiny founding group to a rapidly growing global community.
