Charlotte Merrett brings extensive experience across pharma and consumer healthcare, spanning Digital Health, R&D, Medical Affairs, Commercial strategy, and behavioural science. Since 2020, she has focused on digital health innovation, advising on clinical evaluation, regulatory strategy, and UX research for Software as a Medical Device (SaMD). Charlotte combines expertise in motivation, behaviour change, and well-being psychology with a strong foundation in design thinking to inform product strategy for pharma, consumer health, and MedTech solutions. A former international hockey player and advocate for women’s sport, she also draws on her doctoral research in organisational culture and performance psychology to champion healthy, empowering environments.
